How to use the Wheel of Life sheet?

The wheel of life sheet is a self-evaluation assignment. We all want a happy, healthy and prosperous life. Having goals makes your soul happy and gives your life direction. The wheel of life has the 3 main components: BODY, MIND & SOUL. These three components can be divided into different aspects. You are supposed to rate every aspect of your life from 1-10. With value: 1 the lowest and 10 the highest.

You get a new wheel of life sheet every season to reassess and complete. You do this quarterly, because it gives you enough time to improve the aspects. Realistically, you can check whether you are making progress.
