Seasonal Guide generally charges a standard shipping rate within the Netherlands. Letterbox mail is always € 4.95. Orders over and above € 100 are delivered free of charge.
We try our best to process your order within 1 working day and ship it the next morning. In busier periods such as the holidays it can take a little longer. If your order is received by us before 16:00, we can ship it the same day.
When your package is sent and it receives the first scan at the PostNL sorting center, you will receive an email with your track and trace code.
Yes, that’s possible. In the ordering process you have the option to enter a different delivery address. We ensure that your order is shipped to the specified address. You can also have a product delivered to someone as a gift in this way.
How sad to hear that you are dissatisfied with our service or product. Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. State your invoice number, contact details, subject of complaint and a short description.

If you have a discount code or gift voucher, you can enter it in the shopping bag or at the checkout page. If you forgot to enter the code, we can no longer apply it retroactively for you.
It is possible to ship your order to other countries. Please send an email to us, so we can provide the exact shipping costs for your international order.
